I partnered with Brian at Divine Dreamscapes December 2020. Before then I spent over two decades in the field working construction.
First, starting out at a very young age working for my father doing new home construction, custom remodeling, and commercial construction. From there I moved to the mountains of North Carolina and began building massive custom homes ranging from 10,000 square feet to 20,000 square feet.
Before I returned to my home town (Matthews NC), I ventured to the Outer Banks of North Carolina for two years building and finishing 60-70′ sport fishing boats. When I returned I started up a construction company called Charlotte Home Remodeling which became featured on HGTV for our design and craftsmanship.
Since then I turned my focus on a design which landed me a job with a fortune 50 company. I gave it my best but realized I belong outdoors and soon after Outdoor Builder became a reality.
Outdoor Builder: Brian Harmon

Brian Harmon is a master landscape designer and one of the most highly decorated certified ICPI installers in North Carolina & South Carolina. He founded his company Divine Dreamscapes LLC in the winter of 2017 after years of dreaming about and planning his company.
Through years of rigorous training, testing and completing certifications for the hardscape industry, matched with his eye for acute detail and master craftsmanship, Brian has delivered award winning hardscape design and installation best practices year over year.
To date his hardscape work and landscape design has been featured in over 11 times in Belgard publications since 2020 and has won multiple awards and nominations as a result. Lastly Brian brings all this together under his list of certifications which include but are not limited too; ICPI certified installer, ICPI residential hardscape specialist, ICPI residential paver installer, NCMA certified retaining wall installer, Atlantic water garden professional contractor, Belgard authorized contractor, and finally Techo Pro contractor.
